1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings must be made in advance via phone, website, or email.
A confirmation will be sent once the booking is accepted.
Customers must provide accurate pickup/drop-off details and flight information.

2. Pricing & Payments

Rates are based on distance, vehicle type, and service time.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, or special requests.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, or online payment.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup time to avoid charges.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to full fare).
No-shows will be charged the full amount.

4. Waiting Time

For airport pickups, a complimentary waiting time (e.g., 30–60 minutes) is included after flight landing.
Additional waiting time will be charged at an hourly rate.

5. Flight Delays

We monitor flights in real-time.
No extra charge for delays within a reasonable time frame.
Extended delays may incur additional waiting fees.

6. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must behave respectfully and follow all local laws.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.
Smoking, vaping, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

7. Luggage Policy

Passengers must inform us in advance about excess or oversized luggage.
We are not responsible for lost or unattended items.

8. Safety & Liability

All vehicles are insured and maintained for safety.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Child Safety

Child seats are available upon request (may include extra charges).
Customers must request these at the time of booking.

10. Service Availability

Services are subject to vehicle availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service under certain conditions (e.g., unsafe situations).

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
